Straight legged lifts help strengthen the quads. If you have weak knees, I recommend you do this exercise for 3 sets of 8 repetitions on each leg. Do it regularly as part of your workout routine and watch how the definition begins to develop on your thighs.
Day 35. I find it interesting how intentions morph along the way through the process of self improvement. You begin a journey by declaring a specific goal, and somehow, you soon find the destination you planned is nowhere near where you are going.
For example, there was one 30-day challenge when I declared to quit drinking coffee. I realized, however, by the end of that challenge I also had to give up my wine with dinner. One went hand in hand with the other. Without my coffee to kick-start my groggy butt the next morning, I did not have the luxury of drinking my wine. It was like a domino effect, one change in my habitual pattern affected another.

It is too overwhelming to wrap your head around changing everything all at once. No one is perfect. You only have to do a little each day towards the one goal you declared and soon, you begin to make healthy and lasting choices that bring you joy, peace, and equilibrium in your life. You learn to bring out the truest version of yourself through your thoughts, speech and actions.
It's the end of another week with our program and hopefully you have been exercising as part of this 3 fold process of the Absolute Best Challenge; eating healthily, excising and meditating. If you don't do it perfectly everyday, there is always a chance to begin again. However, you have planted a seed in your mind about integrating this manner of living into your life. Do it as best you can and watch what happens. It only gets better from here.
