Absolute Best Challenge Day 37


Pilates 100's is a typical exercise done in class to help strengthen your core.  You will get the best results from your program and this challenge by working one on one with a trainer.  You are a unique individual; your fitness and meal plan should be tailored accordingly.  Make the commitment to book a session with us.  We will develop a plan specifically designed for you.

Day 37.  The Metabolic Cure is a meal plan designed to create caloric deficit without allowing your metabolism to slow down. As we’ve explained, there are two specific factors that make this possible:
• Exercise: some of the caloric deficit on this plan will be created by the demands of exercise.
• Metabolic Reset: For one week out of every four, you’ll be instructed to add some calories
to your diet. This will encourage your metabolism to stay as high as possible.



What to Expect
Your initial weight loss may include water and some muscle. However, the combination of exercise and metabolic reset will keep your basal metabolic rate elevated and allow you to build new muscle, giving you the strength and stamina to progress. Over time, a greater proportion of the weight loss will come from fat stores. By the end of 12 weeks, you’ll have more muscle than you started with… and 12 to 24 pounds less fat!

The Tools
Proper nutrition, regular exercise, your daily meditation, and journal—these will be your tools for success.



If you keep your 12-week commitment to this challenge you will witness a true transformation.  Last week was about fitness and maintaining your caloric deficit simultaneously.  This challenge is not for the faint of heart.  It requires a great deal of mindfulness, awareness, and heartfelt openness to unlimited possibilities.  You develop as you see yourself in your mind.  You are who you are today because of your beliefs and the concepts you create in your mind.

I can recommend that you keep a mindset which tells you that today, this moment, you are a fit and healthy person.  Then, take action, any action, drink water, eat a piece of fruit, take a walk, sit and meditate, go to the gym or give someone a hug to physically anchor that behavior in your mind. Trust me, if you act healthily many times a day, and you repeat these actions weekly, monthly and always, transform into a healthy, fit and mindful person.
