Absolute Best Challenge Day 42

Oh yeah!  Mambo Mania Afro-Cuban Combo!  See if you can follow along for the 5-minutes, that is, if you are up to the challenge!

Day 42!  My philosophy for success is based on believing that the mind, body, soul triad is actually one thing.  They are all part of one whole person.  That's why I own a wellness center, why I believe that exercise must be part and parcel of your weight-loss program and why meditation is crucial to your success.

Additionally, I believe that choice in community is paramount to your success.  If the most important people in your life are supportive, honest and truthful, then you are in the company of elevated souls who live in higher dimensions. Conversely, if you associate with people who lie, put on airs, and undermine your success, you are in the company of negative and lower frequencies.

My mom always said, "Show me who your friends are and I will show you who you are."

I want you to think of this challenge in terms of the triad.  Elevate your mind, body and spiritual aspects to their highest levels.  To complete this journey, you will need to conduct yourself at your highest frequency and intensity; wherever that level may be today.  That is the only way change will occur.  

You don't have to completely turn yourself around by end of business today.  However, before you take any action, ask yourself, "Is this going to lead me to the highest and best version of myself?"  If the answer is yes, go for it, you are growing towards your highest self. If the answer is no, you will not be moving in that direction...today.
