Absolute Best 90 Day Challenge


It's April 1st, April Fool's Day!  However, our challenge is very real and not a foolish notion.  We are committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals.  These challenges have proven to be great motivators for many of our Absolute Best members and patients.



Lois Thornburg, is taking her followers through a "Give Me 5" 30 Day Challenge...Lose 5 pounds in 30 days.  If you do this in conjunction with our 90 day challenge, you will potentially loose 15 pounds in 90 days!!  

We know that a 90 Day Challenge will not be easy, however, you will feel a sense of accomplishment once it's done.  We always encourage our challengers to pick something in their lives to work on.  I'm going to meditate and write everyday for 90 Days.  What are you going to do?  Do you want to loose weight?  Eat right?  Not gossip?


Whatever you decide, pick something; one thing in your life that you are willing to commit to for 90 days and see if your world begins to change along with you.  Chances are, you will have a different perspective about yourself, your relationships and your environment at the end of this challenge.

We will support one another by finding accountability partners, following Clarita's meal plan; if weight-loss is your goal, and taking Mambo Mania and other fitness classes. Additionally, caring for your body's aches and pains will feel soothing and comforting when getting massages, physical therapy, chiropractic and acupuncture treatments.

We have one body; the only vehicle that will carry us through the course of our lives. Making a commitment to care for it in a genuine manner will guarantee rich experiences throughout our lifetime.

I'm a 60 year old grandmother and plan to continue living the rest of my life looking and feeling healthy.  I want to be able to play with my grand kids, take hard-core dance classes, enjoy eco-adventures like white water rafting, zip-lining, hiking, diving into swimming holes from tops of waterfalls and other exhilarating activities.  One needs a healthy, strong and durable body to achieve these things.  Age is not a deterrent, however, an unfit body, mind, and spirit are.
