Absolute Best 90 Day Challenge Day 10



These foam roller exercises are very important to do in order to loosen up tight muscles. However, it is imperative that you consult with a professional who can guide you through the best way of approaching these exercises.  How you use this roller depends on your fitness level, the exact muscle group your a trying to release and the specific condition you are addressing.

Day 10!  Yes, you have done it!  You have reached a milestone!  Remember that Lois Thornburg is doing her 30 day "Give Me 5" challenge in tandem with our Absolute Best 90 Challenge.  What does that mean?  It means that if you focus your attention on the short game, and you do it over and over again, you will win the "long game."

I wrote a book called I AM, Imagination, Action, Memorization.  In it, I talk about breaking down long term goals into smaller more manageable chunks. What would be your ideal health and fitness condition if you could imagine the end game?  Assess where are you today and then, everyday, take action towards attaining your goal.


Use the "SMART" goal process I mentioned in a previous blog.  A healthy weight and the right level of fitness for you is not the same as it is for me.  My body type, my metabolism, my daily activities are all different than yours.   You are a unique human being, and everything you think, say and do becomes part of your essence. To become a healthy and fit individual, you MUST factor in daily behaviors that will help you attain wellness.  If you do nothing to improve your level of health and fitness today, nothing will change tomorrow.   If you do a little bit everyday, you begin to manifest your desire, and pretty soon, you "bridge that gap between you and your personal best!"

It's a process people, and you have to practice the game of life with the best of intentions, take right actions daily and embed those winning moments into your DNA.  When you look back over the landscape of your life, you will see that all the actions you have taken prior to today have brought you to this moment.  You have the ability to redirect your path from here on out, that is, if you feel you want to change.
