Absolute Best 90 Day Challenge Day 4



This hip flexor stretch will help sooth sore muscles in your front thigh.  If you have restarted an exercise program after a long hiatus, this is one of the most common areas for delayed muscle soreness.

I hope you have all at least "declared" your goal.

Mine is daily writing and meditation.

Tonight I'm running off to go see "An American in Paris" and so this will be short and sweet.

Get busy if you haven't started the challenge, keep it up if you have.
